I think there’s a debate about unsolicited links. Personally, I think it’s sort of rude to just say, “Hey, great blog! Here’s mine!” and leave a link. But if you have something to contribute — a post on a related topic, a review of the same book, or a post you think the blogger might be interested in, I think it’s awesome to be assertive and leave your link. I don’t always do this because I’m shy, but I want to start doing it more. I think leaving useful comments is going to be an upcoming BIP topic, so stay tuned

Kim, I’m deferring to Fyrefly’s blog and I won’t be updating my google custom search. I just do not have time! It’s essentially the same thing (google custom search) and Fyrefly’s is already much more comprehensive!

We don’t share a lot of books other than Fables… well, we do share a lot of books, but they’re books I read before I started reviewing on my blog, so the link exchange is not so useful.
