BBAW: It Ends With Some Goals

BBAW_Celebrate_BooksThe last topic for Book Blogger Appreciation Week is to look to the future:

Write in 50 words or less…what do you like best about your blog right now and where would you like your blog to be a year from now?

Good grief… less than 50 words? Tough challenge, but I have prevailed! Here are 15 goals for me and my blog for the coming year in exactly 50 words 🙂

1. Read more books.
2. Write better reviews.
3. Post thoughtful comments.
4. Recognize my commenters.
5. Build blogging community.
6. Improve blog design.
7. Reach out often.
8. Mentor blogging newbies.
9. Write posts consistently.
10. Guest post somewhere.
11. Contemplate ratings system.
12. Be more gracious.
13. Help with BBAW.
14. Read for 24-Hour Read-a-Thon.
15. Never forget that blogging should bring joy.

Thanks to everyone for an awesome BBAW. I had a wonderful time looking at all of the posts (even if I didn’t comment nearly enough), and want to thank everyone who stopped by. Being part of the book blogging community makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Don’t we all wish for those goals? I like the way you listed all those.

Those are pretty much my goals, too! I’ll add that I want to get a blogging buddy (or two), and that I want to do more author interviews. 😀

What a great list of goals! I will have to bookmark this specific post and come back for inspiration when I’m writing my New Year’s Blogging resolutions at the end of the year.

“never forget that blogging should bring joy.” Yup–my goal. Actually, it’s my only goal. 😛 But yours are great–hope you can do the read-a-thon!
