Blogging over at Eat. Drink. Better.

One of my assignment for my magazine writing class this semester is to blog regularly over at Eat. Drink. Better., a member of Green Options Media that “invites readers to explore the environmental issues surrounding their food choices.”

I’ll be blogging about healthy eating and nutrition specifically, with a side emphasis on books since that’s something I love to blog about already. My first post talks about seasonal eating advice from the vegetannual, an idea I’ve been musing about while listening to Animal, Vegetable, Miracle by Barbara Kingsolver. So it’s at least somewhat related to what I’m blogging about here :)

Hop on over and take a gander!

Yeah, it is fun blogging on a topic — we get to work with editors and whatnot which is something I haven’t done before.

It’s fun when your assignment ends up being something you do almost daily. I’m going to check out your post right now.

It is nice to be doing some other kinds of blogging, seeing different ways to use the form than just my person books and reviews. And thanks for reading the blog!

Awesome! Good stuff to know. I am afraid to read that book because I hear she blasts people who love bananas. I just might have move to a banana-growing country.

I haven’t heard any blasting quite yet, although since she’s only eating locally grown foods bananas are out. I’d miss banana’s to much to do what she’s doing though.
