Sign me up! Blog improvement is a great goal, and I need some motivation to keep wading through the CSS mire I’m stuck in. I’ll start looking forward to Mondays now!

So, I remember being here and reading this and thinking, “What a good idea!” but I don’t think I every actually signed up. If I’m duplicating myself, sorry! I scrolled through and didn’t see my name.

I’m really looking forward to this challenge because I’ve only been blogging for a month and feel a bit lost sometimes, thanks for hosting such a helpful program!

Hi, This looks like fun! I started blogging in August 2007 — it was quite the learning curve.

I am interested in sharing this experience with other bloggers, so please count me in. As others have indicated, I may not participate in each assignment, but your challenge brings a focal point and a certain time each month to do something new and improved!

I have two blogs –

http://awordfromhome.blogspot.com (It’s a Beautiful Life)

And the second blog is brand new this week:
http://perfectlypinkmk.blogspot.com (focusing on Mary Kay consultants, but not exclusive to)

Happy New Year!

30 Seagazer January 4, 2009 at 7:09 pm

I’m definitely interested in keeping up with what others are doing and hopefully improving my journal.

My journal is at:
http://www.sweetfern.net/journal/

I recently deleted an old journal and installed this one. I haven’t done anything with it yet including making a post. Have to go do that now!

31 Tamara January 4, 2009 at 8:21 pm

Thanks for putting this up. I’m not sure I will be able to engage 100%, but I do like the idea of learning more about blogging this year. I’ve started with some thoughts about ‘why?’ but I haven’t finalised these thoughts yet…. keep those interesting questions coming!

32 melody January 5, 2009 at 2:00 am

I am also new to blogging and would be interested in any kind of support and advice that is out there. Thanks!

I’m a little confused about how this works. Are you going to post guidelines for each project? Should we give links to our posts here? Should we post anytime during the next two weeks?

34 Karen January 5, 2009 at 10:21 am

This sounds like a lot of fun, thank you for doing it!

Great site and I will try to do some of the blog improvements. I havent been blogging for very long. I love yours as is so informative and I look forward to making the time to do some more reading. Like many others I have a busy life and reading for enjoyment has been on the backburner for some time.

39 bethany canfield January 5, 2009 at 4:52 pm

i’m in too, with both of my blogs. thanks for hosting!!

40 CJ January 6, 2009 at 12:46 am

I think this will be good for me as a relative newbie. I have 2 blogs, but I’ll sign up with one and then can apply your suggestions to both.

I noticed the first topic is goals. Even before I saw that, I figured out my one blog was trying to do too much, so I separated part of it to a separate blog with a more focused topic. I may decide to create even another.

It’s only one week into the New Year, and I’m already behind! I’m trying to start a new blog, with lots of trepidation, but I think this project might be the kick in the pants I need to get rolling. Thanks!

44 Dorte Jakobsen January 7, 2009 at 1:43 pm

A Danish blogger brought my attention to this great project. I should like to try but may be unable to follow it up for periods as I suffer from Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.

I am blogging about crime fiction in Danish/English.

thanks Kim!
